About Colloqa
Most people prepare for the conversations that decide something by thinking about them. Thinking is not rehearsing — the first time the words leave your mouth should not be the time it counts.
Why this exists
There is a strange gap in how we prepare for high-stakes talking. An athlete trains the movement. A musician plays the piece before the concert. Someone with an interview on Thursday reads a list of common questions on their phone and calls that preparation.
Reading an answer and saying it are different skills. The gap shows up as the sentence that came out backwards, the number you did not hold, the point you meant to make and did not. Colloqa exists to close that gap in the cheapest possible place — a rehearsal where nothing is at stake.
What it does
You pick a scenario, spend under a minute setting the context, and talk. The AI counterpart behaves like the person you are about to face: an interviewer who follows up on the weak part of your answer, a negotiator who does not move off their number, someone who reacts emotionally rather than reasonably. Afterwards you get feedback on what worked, what fell apart, and the one thing worth drilling next — plus a skill profile that is scored and tracked from session to session.
- Four scenarios: job interviews, negotiations, difficult conversations and interviewing a candidate as the hiring manager.
- Voice or text, in 7 languages — English, Ukrainian, Polish, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French — and you can switch mid-conversation.
- Runs in the browser. Nothing to install.
Who is behind it
The people who build Colloqa also run it: decisions are made quickly, the person reading your support email is the person who can fix the thing, and the product changes often.

What we will not claim
We do not promise you the job, the raise or the outcome. An AI counterpart is a sparring partner, not a prediction of the room you are walking into, and automated feedback can be wrong. What rehearsing reliably does is make the words familiar before they matter — which is usually the difference people actually feel.
